1. Refund Application Deadline
Users must submit a refund application within 7 calendar days after purchasing the service/product; applications submitted after this period will not be accepted.
2. Conditions Applicable for Refunds

Users must prove that they have not logged into their account, activated the service, or downloaded/used any features (as verified by system logs).

If a technical fault renders the core functionality unusable, users may apply for a refund after verification by the technical team.
3. Situations Not Eligible for Refunds
- Services purchased at a discounted price or during promotional events;
- Users who have partially used the service or violated the "User Agreement" (such as account sharing or malicious operations);
- Abnormal service experiences caused by issues with the user's device or network.
4. Refund Process
Application Method:
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Refund Application." The email body must include:
- Order number
- Purchase date
- Refund reason and relevant proof (e.g., screenshots, log files)
Processing Time:
Upon receiving the application, we will review it and respond by email within 3-5 business days.
Refund Receipt:
Once approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment account. The actual refund time depends on the payment platform.
5. Special Instructions
- For service interruptions caused by force majeure (such as server maintenance or policy adjustments), an extension of service may be negotiated instead of a refund;
- Adminfirstly reserves the final interpretation rights.
